Antti is Founder and Chief Executive Officer at M-Files and also serves as Chairman of the Board. Antti conceived the vision of M-Files and continues to lead the direction and development of the company and the product. M-Files has been recognized as one of the world’s most innovative technology companies by leading industry analyst firms, including Gartner, Forrester, and Nucleus Research. In 2015, Antti was named Software Entrepreneur of the Year in Finland. He was also recognized as CTO of the Year in 2016. Previously, Antti worked at Nokia Corporation. He holds a master’s degree in software engineering.
Tom is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at M-Files. Tom brings over 30 years of enterprise sales and sales management experience to M-Files. Most recently, he was CRO for Rocket Software, a $500M IT software provider. Prior to Rocket, Tom spent 8 years at Imprivata, a Healthcare IT SW Security provider, as SVP of WW Sales growing software revenue over to $100M as member of the management team who took the company public in 2016. Earlier in his career he spent 16 years at Cadence Design Systems holding numerous sales management positions in Europe and North America. Tom started his career as a design engineer at Texas Instruments. He holds a BSEE from Clarkson University and an MBA from the University of Texas, Dallas.
Julian is Chief Customer Officer at M-Files where he is responsible for ensuring customer success. Julian previously led the global sales organization which provides him with a unique insight into the needs of customers and how they can maximize the value of M-Files. Julian has more than 25 years’ experience in the IT industry, working in a variety of senior business development, marketing, product management and consulting roles for blue-chip and early-stage technology companies. He started his career in management consultancy, working for Andersen Consulting, Deloitte & Touche and PwC leading global eBusiness projects across the USA and EMEA. Julian holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Exeter.
Laura is the Chief Marketing Officer for M-Files and is responsible for the company’s go-to-market strategy, demand generation, brand positioning, product marketing, and channel marketing. Laura is a high-impact leader with more than 20 years in B2B technology software and services and a proven track record in helping organizations accelerate growth. Prior to joining M-Files, Laura has held various senior level marketing, sales and operational roles at Rocket Software, Imprivata, Navisite and NTT Data (formerly Keane, Inc.). Laura holds a BA in Organizational Management from Daniel Webster College.
Justin is the Chief Financial Officer for M-Files and manages all finance & administrative functions for the company. He has over 20 years of experience in technology, with deep expertise managing software & SaaS businesses. Prior to joining M-Files, Justin was the Vice President of Finance for Rocket Software and has held various financial leadership positions with IBM and Accenture. Justin holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California.
Petra is Chief People Officer at M-Files. Her mission is to co-create an environment where people are willing and able to thrive. Petra has held a variety of senior level HR positions in different industries and regions over the past 10 years. Before joining M-Files, she was the HR Director at a leading sporting goods company where she was responsible for people and culture development across the Americas region and based in Chicago, Illinois. Petra holds a MSc in Economics from HANKEN University, as well as a specialization degree for HRD from Haaga-Helia University. She is also a certified coach and facilitator.
Mika is responsible for leading the global product engineering organization with his team to build the products required to support the needs of M-Files’ vision, strategy and roadmaps. Mika has over 10 years of experience in various technology and leadership roles. Prior to joining M-Files, Mika worked extensively with OP Bank of Finland and in a number of consulting and product companies ranging from smaller startups to enterprises. Mika specializes in building, leading and defining different product engineering functions and spearheading transformational leadership programs.
Mark has more than 20 years of sales management experience in the information technology industry and oversees all sales and business development efforts in North America. Prior to joining M-Files, Mark held a variety of executive management and sales leadership positions while guiding marketing, indirect sales and direct sales for Fortune 500 corporations and early-stage technology companies. Most recently, Mark was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Bound Systems, a SaaS provider of marketing technology and VP of Sales for Axcient, a SaaS provider of recovery solutions (acquired by K1 Investment Management). Mark holds a B.A. in International Business and a M.S. in Management Science.
Herbert is responsible for driving partner growth and direct sales in the Western Europe region. Herbert has more than 20 years of experience in ECM Software, Subscription and SaaS businesses. Prior joining M-Files, Herbert was the Sales Director at FileNET (IBM) Switzerland and Austria, CEO of the German ECM vendor SAPERION AG Berlin and was responsible for European business at Hyland.
Scott manages the M-Files Partner Program, which consists of a network of technology partners, solution providers and value-added resellers throughout the world. Scott brings over 10 years of experience in sales management roles in the software industry and is an entrepreneurial leader with a proven record of driving revenue growth and success in global B2B and channel sales. Prior to M-Files, Scott served as VP of Sales of Alibre, Inc., where he was responsible for guiding both direct and indirect sales efforts worldwide and grew the partner network from its infancy to more than 100 partners.
Greg brings 20 years of management experience in a variety of technology companies to his role. For over 10 years, Greg was senior vice president of marketing at M-Files, where he oversaw worldwide marketing initiatives. Prior to M-Files, Greg served as CEO of Alibre, Inc., a 3D CAD/CAM software vendor, as well as Vice President of Marketing for Knowledge Revolution, an engineering software vendor acquired by MSC Software. He also co-founded AccelGraphics, a 3D graphics hardware provider that grew to IPO in three years and was the eighth fastest growing public company in Silicon Valley in 1997. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Anders is the Vice President of Nordic Sales at M-Files. Anders brings over 30 years of enterprise sales and sales management experience to M-Files. Most recently he was the VP Nordic Sales for Pagero Sverige AB, a global SaaS network company, automating “Purchase to Pay and Order to Cash (P2P & O2C) processes. Anders has held several roles leading sales at companies like Verizon, Dimension Data, ATEA and NEC. He holds a BA in Marketing Economics and a Master’s in Business Leadership from IHM Business School, Gothenburg, Sweden. Anders also has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polhems in Gothenburg Sweden.
