*M-Files Aino usage is limited per user and vault within a 24-hour period. A single user can ask Aino to process approximately 2,000 pages of text per each 24-hour period, subject to various factors such as the language used, complexity of the text, formatting details, etc. On a vault level, the usage limitation is approximately 200 pages per enabled user, with 2,000 pages being a minimum quota.
Please note that M-Files Aino is included only in the M-Files Business Platform Edition Subscription, excluding subscriptions with limited functionality.
Aino will warn users if a limit is approaching. If the limit is reached, Aino will be temporarily unavailable until more quota is replenished.
