All packages have three tiers to accommodate the needs of the organization. The intention is not necessarily to use all of these packages, but to select those that best meet your organization’s needs.

  • A half-day M-Files Champion Training to enable participants to act as in-house Champions. The focus is on how to train, support, and/or encourage their peers in an effective and engaging way

Empower users flexibly with this multipurpose package throughout your M-Files journey.

Audience: M-Files Users, Champions

Includes:

  • This package starts with a collaborative training consultation session to understand your needs and to determine suitable training actions
  • M-Files User Traction is a ‘choose your own adventure’ style package where sessions can be chosen from nine different options. The sessions selected can include basic User or Champion events or tailored sessions like M-Files Info’s M-Files Tips n’ Tricks, Drop-In Support, M-Files Q&A or the like
    Empower allows selecting a set number of training modules (e.g. Q&A Training Session, M-Files Info Session, Theme Workshop) that are focused on a specific audience’s needs and thus have unique training goals, delivery method, agenda, number of participants and event duration.
    Empower: Choose up to four training modules
    Empower Plus: Choose up to eight training modules
Empower Plus

Audience: M-Files Users, Champions

Includes:

  • Includes everything in Empower, and…
  • 4 x M-Files User Training events to introduce or reintroduce the day-to-day usage of M-Files. This course is perfect for new users during Go-Live or for users who need a refresher on the basics

The M-Files Training Subscription offers training for your entire organization at a flat fee of €100*/month. The monthly subscription includes ten licenses to M-Files Academy for Administrators and additional access to the User Lite content for all M-Files Users of the organization.
