In M-Files, it’s easy to create and use smart templates for commonly-used documents, such as proposals, purchase orders, contracts, non-disclosure agreements and more. Not only does using templates save time, but it also ensures consistency in how important business documents are structured and utilized across your organization.
When creating a new document based on a template, you simply select a template from the list, and the new document will contain the contents of the template. The M-Files metadata card is populated with the data contained in the template, and you can then edit and add new metadata attributes as needed.
