Public Methods
 AddMemberToUserGroup | Adds a user or a user group to the targeted user group if the item to be added is not yet a member of that group. |
| RemoveMemberFromUserGroup | Removes the specified member from the given user group. |
| SearchForUserAccount | Retrieves a single user account based on the specified account name. |
