M-Files in Dallas, Texas, is looking for an experienced, talented, and motivated OEM Account Manager to help us develop our OEM sales model in North America. This is truly a "get in on the ground floor" career opportunity.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an M-Files OEM Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our success through the continued growth of our indirect sales channel. You will need to grasp the fundamentals of the M-Files document management software, have a true hunter mentality and professional approach that will enable you to identify and build relationships with prospective OEM partners, sign them as formal business partners, and then help them successfully add the M-Files platform to their technology.
Your primary day-to-day tasks will consist of:
- Develop opportunities, demonstrate, advise on, promote and sell our OEM solutions by identifying new prospects and business cases that would benefit from the M-Files technology platform.
- Maintain relationships with existing OEM customers in order to ensure continued success and jointly identify additional uses of the M-Files technology platform.
- Use knowledge of software licensing and distribution and financial modeling techniques, including net present value, to illustrate the value of the M-Files technology platform and construct win-win business models.
- Prospect for new leads, demonstrate M-Files solutions, draft high quality proposals, manage technical evaluations as a part of the standard sales process.
- Management of customer and internal expectations and requirements are essential. Candidates must be able to manage the sales process, including all touch points in the account (client business owners and C-levels to internal marketing, sales, tech, services, etc.), in support of a revenue outcome in a forecasted period of time.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets through required prospecting, pipeline management and opportunity sales process management. Maintain relevant data in our CRM tool by recording all significant sales activity for each account or opportunity, including forecasts, in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Review royalty reports for consistency and accuracy as well as monitor license status within existing customers to maximize revenue capture and opportunity.
- Help refine our OEM sales and marketing materials.
- Create objectives & strategies which will contribute to the overall business plan to achieve sales goals.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 5 years OEM enterprise software sales experience and a strong technical understanding of software solutions in similar industries, with a proven track record of success.
EDUCATION: A BA/BS degree is required. Technical disciplines and advanced degrees are preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A highly successful track record of calling on and closing at the senior business and technical executive level - especially CTO, VP Product Management, VP Sales/Marketing, VP Product Development/Engineering.
- Consistent and verifiable earnings history of quota overachievement, with demonstrated success of multi-year quota achievement
- Demonstrated experience selling in one of the following software industries: search, business intelligence, Records/ Content/Document Management, eCommerce, CRM, ERP, accounting, email and/or content archiving, or corporate data security.
- Strong presentation, public speaking, demonstrating, written and verbal communication skills are required.
- The ability to work well in an entrepreneurial environment. The ability to innovate and create opportunities out of uncertainty
- Highly motivated self starter with a passion for selling and winning.
- Strong people skills and an ability to listen to partners and customers and translate their needs into actionable pre-sales tasks and new business proposals.
- Ability to overcome objections and challenges.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an M-Files Channel Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our success through the growth of our indirect sales channel. You will need to grasp the fundamentals of the M-Files document management software, have an outgoing personality and professional approach that will enable you to build relationships with prospective resellers, sign them as formal partners, and then help them successfully add M-Files to their product portfolio.
Your primary day-to-day tasks will consist of:
- Identifying, recruiting and on-boarding new resellers.
- Working closely with newly recruited resellers and conducting sales trainings to quickly make them sales-savvy.
- Actively engaging with current and potential channel partners including regular partner site visits and assistance on customer calls when needed.
- Driving the creation and execution of quarterly marketing plans to develop territory business.
- Answering product line questions from both a technology and licensing perspective.
- Attending channel partner events to represent M-Files, and or present M-Files to both channel partners and end customers of channel partners.
- Creating objectives & strategies which will contribute to the overall business plan to achieve territory goals.
- Managing lead flow in concert with partners and M-Files inside sales team.
- Working cross functionally with counterparts on M-Files inside sales team.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 6 to 8 years of sales experience in a technology-centric environment. A background in technical software sales would be helpful.

Digital Marketing/Web Graphics Specialist (USA: Dallas, TX)
M-Files in Dallas, TX is looking for a talented and motivated individual to help execute marketing programs to fuel our rapid growth. This is primarily a hands-on graphics and email marketing position that requires a high degree of creativity and some ability to code, as well as ability to work in a highly collaborative "start-up atmosphere". You will also assist with a company-wide rebranding effort currently underway. Candidate must be local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area or willing to relocate without sponsorship.
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, production, and continuous improvement of a wide range of online marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email marketing, creating image/banner ads, website content updates and social media management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and code email marketing messages and landing pages for conversion points
- Create banner ads and graphics using Adobe CS programs

As a M-Files Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving our success. You will need to grasp the fundamentals of the M-Files document management software, have an outgoing personality and professional approach that will enable you to build relationships with prospective customers, help evaluate their needs and determine how M-Files can benefit their business.
Your day-to-day tasks will consist of prospecting, cold-calling, setting appointments, meeting with prospective customers and demonstrating the product, generating proposals, and most importantly winning new business. Travel could be as high as 50%.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 to 4 years of sales experience in a technology-centric environment. A background in technical software sales would be helpful.

As a M-Files IT Systems Consultant, you are a key part of the Motive sales and support team and will play a critical role in driving our success. You will need to become an expert in the M-Files document management software, and have an outgoing personality that will enable you to relate to customers and help discern their needs and determine how M-Files can benefit their business.
Your day-to-day tasks will consist of performing M-Files system implementations that include defining customer needs, integrating M-Files with customers' existing systems such as accounting or CRM software, and conducting customer training. In addition you will be providing first-line customer support and second-line support to resellers. Travel could be as high as 50% or more.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 years in a technology-centric environment with some amount of customer-facing experience. A background in technical sales, technical sales support or application engineering would be very helpful.

As a Support Engineer, you are a key part of the services team and will play a critical role in driving our success. You will need to become an expert in the M-Files document management software, and have an outgoing personality that will enable you to communicate directly with our customers.
Your day-to-day tasks will consist of performing M-Files system support that include solving support tickets, working with M-Files and customers' existing systems such as CRM software, and conducting customer training. Support systems include for example phone support, email support and remote system support.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 years in a technology-centric environment with customer-facing experience. A background in technical support or application engineering would be very helpful.
EDUCATION: B. Sc. or equivalent
REQUIREMENTS:
