Jim Geary

Jim Geary is Executive Chairman of the M-Files Board of Directors, and he is also President of M-Files Inc. managing M-Files’ North American operations. Jim Geary combines more than 25 years of IT vendor management experience with over a decade of success as the CEO of multiple venture-funded start-ups. He was president and CEO of Pedestal Software, a leading supplier of enterprise cyber security compliance software, which was acquired by Altiris, and served as a board member at Network Intelligence until it was acquired by EMC/RSA Security. Jim was the president of Haystack Labs, which was acquired by Trusted Information Systems (TIS), and played a key role in the acquisition of TIS by Network Associates/McAfee. As the first vice president of Marketing and International Sales at Security Dynamics (now known as RSA Security), he built the SecurID brand into a dominant market leader, which help paved the way for one of the most successful IPOs of 1994. Jim earned his MBA at Boston College and holds a master's degree from the University of Maryland.

Antti Nivala

In addition to his role on the Board of Directors, Antti Nivala is Chief Technology Officer at M-Files and a respected software industry veteran with 20 years of experience. He created M-Files' first software product, M-Color, in the early 1990's. The product's success provided the early funding for M-Files' new flagship product, M-Files enterprise information management software. Antti conceived and co-created M-Files and continues to lead the development of the product in addition to managing the rapid and profitable growth of the business. M-Files has been named one of the world's most innovative and fastest-growing technology companies by leading industry analysts such as Deloitte and Red Herring. Previously, Antti worked for Nokia Corporation. He holds a master's degree in software engineering.

Bob Suh

Bob Suh is the founder and chief executive officer of OnCorps, and serves on the board of directors for M-Files Corporation, SkySQL AB and Open Logic. He is the retired chief technology strategist for Accenture, and in this role, he served as the chief strategist for the firm’s $11 billion global software, systems integration, and technology consulting business. Prior to Accenture, Bob was a group president at Perot Systems (now Dell Services) and played an integral role in taking the company public while reporting directly to Ross Perot. Bob was named one of the Top 25 consultants in 2005 and holds a master in public administration degree from Harvard University. Bob also received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.

Mikko Suonenlahti has more than 30 years of global management experience in building successful technology businesses, and has worked in venture capitalist roles in the US and in Europe for over 15 years. He has personally led investments and held board positions in 13 businesses, which have raised over $300 million and are valued at $1 billion. Mikko is a venture partner for DFJ Esprit and an adviser Finnvera Venture Capital in Finland. Previously, Mikko was a partner with 3i US and a co-founder of SFK Finance, Finland, which was acquired by 3i (a FTSE 100 company). Mikko is a frequent guest speaker at Fortune's Global CEO Conference, IBM, MIT, Super Return and in Finland with Aalto University, AmCham, Finnvera, SITRA and TEKES. Mikko received an MBA from the Helsinki School of Business and a bachelor's in business administration from Portland State University.

Henry Nieminen

As an established technology executive, Henry Nieminen has more than 20 years of international leadership and general management experience. He has an excellent reputation for managing highly-profitable businesses and has helped facilitate several mergers & acquisitions. Henry is currently the president & CEO at Insta Group, and also serves on the board for M-Files Corporation and Millog Oy. Prior to these roles, Henry was a managing director at Fujitsu Finland, a vice president at CGI in Finland, and also a managing director at Logica. Henry received his MBA from Henley Management College and his M.Sc. from Tampere University of Technology.

Bruno Crémel is the General Partner at Partech Ventures, and serves on the board at M-Files Corporation. Prior to Partech, Crémel was CEO of Darty France, a leading electricals retailer, and from 2006 to 2012, he was General Partner and executive board member at LBO France. From 1998 to 2006, Crémel held different senior executive positions at worldwide retail leader Kering. Crémel started his career as a civil servant at the Ministry of Economy, where he managed the privatization of banks and public insurance companies before being appointed as the Chief of Staff for the Minister of Economy and Finance (Laurent Fabius) for two years. Crémel holds a Master’s degree in Sciences from the Ecole Centrale de Paris, he graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and is an alumnus of the elite post graduate Ecole Nationale d’Administration (Inspection Générale des Finances).

Alban Wyniecki

Alban Wyniecki is a Principal at Partech Ventures, with a focus on the Growth Fund and Software for the Seed & Venture Funds. He joined Partech in February 2015 and became a member of the board at M-Files Corporation in April 2016. Wyniecki worked at Dassault Systems prior to joining Partech, where he started as the head of CATIA strategy and alliance team before being promoted to Head of Corporate Strategy in 2013. He started his career with various engineering and research consulting positions at Salomon, EADS and Geonumeric. Wyniecki holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan and is an alumnus of the post graduate HEC Entrepreneurs program.
