On-Site and Remote Consulting and Training

We offer you the choice of remote or on-site consulting. Remote consulting is often sufficient provides a cost-saving way to engage M-Files experts to work on your specific requirements. On-site consulting provides the benefits of engaging face-to-face in your environment and is often appropriate when security policies mandate working with your data or systems within your firewall. The charges for on-site consulting do not include travel expenses associated our consulting traveling to your location. An estimate of travel expenses will be provided in advance to allow you to budget accurately.

Custom Consulting Projects and Rates

Metadata Structure consulting consists of defining your M-Files vault structure including object and document types and associated metadata. After an assessment of your requirements, our consultant will develop the initial structure for your organization's M-Files document vault. Then, after your review and comments the vault structure, we'll revise it according to your feedback.

Motive offers both remote and on-site training options that are priced the same as consulting engagements. Training is offered for both end users and system administrators and typically ranges from one to three days depending on the size of the organization and the specific operating environment in which M-Files is being employed.
